Delivery
All products ordered before 5pm will be delivered on the next working day (excluding weekends). Some products such as furniture items do have longer lead times; when this is the case we will advise you as to delivery.
Delivery is FREE for orders valued at or above £40 (excluding vat) to most address in mainland United Kingdom, please note that Furniture, like many Desks and Chairs and Filing Cabinets do carry an excess delivery charge, this is due to these items being classed as exceptions from normal delivery. A charge of £6.25 excluding vat is made for orders valued below £40.00 (excluding vat) to an address in mainland United Kingdom,
Addresses outside of mainland United Kingdom (that is Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scilly Islands) are charged delivery at a special rate. The price will start at £6.25 (excluding vat), but may be higher depending on the weight of the order and destination. If higher, we will contact you to confirm the delivery charge and you will have the option to cancel the order if you so wish.
Please note that certain products such as Glass, Liquids and products containing Chemicals may be subject to a surcharge due to certain requirements on handling and delivery.
We do not deliver to any country other than the United Kingdom.
Delivery is made to the specified address only and will require a signature. Delivery cannot be made to any other location. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be returned to the carrier's depot. The card will provide instruction on how to retrieve your parcel. A second delivery attempt may be made at the carrier's discretion but otherwise the delivery will have to be collected from their depot. Please note that all deliveries are made between Monday and Friday, we do not deliver on Saturdays.
Returns Policy
Here at Punch-e.com, we like to keep things simple for our customers. If you need to return any office supplies, we will collect them at no cost to you. You will receive a full credit as long as you meet the points below.
To return any unwanted or damaged items simply contact our office and will will be happy to help. All you need to ensure is that a) you return unused or unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving your order and b) you tell us about damaged goods within three days of receiving your order. Simple!
Guide to Returns
Please wrap the item back in its original packaging. Do not post it to us as this may delay your refund. To ensure we can accept items you return, please make sure, that items are unused and in a re-saleable condition, ensuring all documentation is included, and you use the original packaging.
Returns after 14 Days
At our discretion we will consider unwanted items after 14 days of receiving your order.
Food and Drink Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept any food or drinks returns (this includes biscuits, tea and water etc).
European Law - Your Statutory Rights
We want you to be happy with every purchase you make with Punch-E. Occasionally though we anticipate that you may wish to return an item. For this reason we offer a 14 day hassle free returns policy.
By law, customers in the Europen Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
You must inform us within 7 working days starting with the day on which they are delivered, you must ensure that you take reasonable care of goods and return them to us. We will refund the money as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of receiving written notice of your decision to cancel.
